May 17, 2010 · Connection problems (failed to obtain IP address) I've scoured the internet for an answer to this, but have failed to find any suggestions that I've not tried, or that work. Although I've had my PS4 on WiFi for a couple of years without any issues, all of a sudden about a month ago it started having connection issues.

PS4 can't obtain an IP address.AGAIN — Digital Spy Possibly, a router address will be something like 192.168.0.1 Try connecting your ps4 to wifi again & log the ip address's it should show your routers ip, or maybe connect a smartphone to your wifi and take a look at the connection data, the router itself may have an ip address on the back or underneath Connection problems (failed to obtain IP address) : PS4
