The router I'm using is an Apple Airport Extreme that has a DMZ feature called Default Host. It can only accept one IP and I've added 192.168.1.44. I tried to completely open up the .72 PC by adding that instead of the virtual .44 IP and still couldn't get the routes. Also, I turned off the firewall for a bit on .72 and still didn't get routes.
