will not load any websites. It is not an internet connection issue because IE works fine. The Firefox browser opens up but only to reveal a blank, white page. Even when I go to type in other web addresses firefox simply refuses to load them and remains at this blank white page with no URL. Does anyone know what is wrong/what to do? Thank you!

here's the deal, google refuses to load. this is happening on both my macbook and on mom's macbook pro, although it still loads on our pc. our internet connection is wireless. also, slowly other websites take longer to load on our mac or just half loadeventhough all this works on our pc.
