In your router under LAN, create a rule for forwarding port 9201 to your client and it should work. Like I said I am not sure what you are trying to do but this allows port forwarding from inside PIA.

In PIA windows under advanced settings i set local port to 32400 (for Plex) and set request port forwarding to true. The local port in the PIA app is for the VPN to use. Nothing to do with port forwarding. That’s what I think too… now. Once you forward the port in your router, the PIA Client just needs to know what that port is… I guess.
